Just a mile a day culture, what we are all about!

Justamileaday is an encouragement team of people who all motivate and hold accountability to each other to improve everyday.

You can do your mile by walking, running, elliptical, stairs, arc trainer and such but if you bike do at least 2 miles. (It’s easier) ?

we have our credo and fun comradery days like “Who gives a JAM about Monday?” And wear our just a mile gear to show we are going to overcome the obstacles and excuses life tries to throw at us all. ?

We cheer each other on, and support each other in hitting new goals and how much better you are doing on you’re journey!

We add friends (like you) to get to learn about the culture here of positivity and fun with 30day, 60 day and 90 day challenges!
